18 Letters You can send one letter to students while at camp. It’s a good idea to send it a couple of days ahead of time to ensure students receive the letter.You can send one letter to students while at camp. 19 Medication -Must be in the original retail package or pharmacy container with the patient’s name, drug, and dosage clearly marked and clear instructions indicated on the YELLOW form. The camp does NOT provide over the counter medication, not even cough drops. -Put medication in a clear Ziploc bag with the student’s first and last name and the teacher’s name. -Meds are due to the SCHOOL NURSE by Wednesday, March 9 th. -YELLOW FORMS are to be returned to your student’s classroom teacher- NOT the nurse.
