Ongoing meeting routine and regular chats/cooperation Delivering on various fronts (P&OD, OCS, ILRI@40, inputs to various events, facilitation training & dev’t) Piloting no-email + Asana quite extensively More visibility within our team and the rest of ILRI through these efforts

5 Review 2014: Specifics (-) What could have worked better: More documentation of our work Paving the way for the works in 2015 (info centre, internal comms, seminars etc.) Better team collaboration via Asana Explaining what E&C does (unavoidable) Finding ways to transition even more smoothly (unavoidable) Connecting to more teams (‘E&C/CKM inside’)

Expand partner teams (Nbi!) Collaborate on internal comms Be clear on what you want to do, get, contribute
