Dealing With Uncertainties  Distinguish between precision and accuracy.  Explain how to reduce the effect of random error.  State uncertainties as absolute, fractional and percentage.  Determine uncertainties in calculations.  Show uncertainties as error bars in graphs.  Determine uncertainties in slopes and intercepts.
