2  Cities are constantly under construction!  It seems no matter where you go there is always construction cones.  With all of this construction these new new places need power!  Power for lights, air conditioning, heating, etc.

3  New types of energies are constantly being thought of and improved upon!  We will take a look at a few of the more popular ones.  Wind Power  Solar Power  Hydro Power  Hydrogen Power

4  Solar Power  Solar power uses Solar Panels to capture the power of the sun.  Wind Power  As the blades of a wind mill turn, this generates energy.  Hydro Power  Hydro Power utilizes rushing water to generate energy.  Hydrogen Power  Hydrogen is combined with oxygen to create water, this reaction generates energy.

5  Research one of the four types of energy.  Wind, Solar, Hydrogen or Hydro  Write at least five (5) sentences about the type of power you have chosen.  In addition to these five (5) sentences, research to see if NV Energy (our local power company) uses any of these types of energy. If so, where in Nevada are they?
