Capacity for monitoring and evaluation 2. If everything is defined as HiAP – how would the scope/burden of support be managed? 3. (2) Do you have a system that reports and evaluates the progress on a regular basis with defined indicators, and routine reporting mechanisms. Elaborate definition/guidance on progressivity Reduce number of questions. (Name, date, 3- first questions with modification for "report"). Leave out details – just upload report. Include in the guidance: report of mapping of where we are. where we want to go; differentiate monitoring / evaluation; not measuring outcomes or impacts at population level.
