You recently covered Latin America in HOTA. How can you relate the issues/ideas from HOTA to 1984?

If Orwell were writing his novel today, what do you think would be some issues he would feel he needed to address? Be prepared to give details in your explanation.

We can do a lot of talking about how “right” Orwell was about the future, but let’s discuss where/what/how he was wrong?
