12. Achieve. Belong. Participate Monitoring As a team, we will monitor attainment and offer support for students who are finding a topic hard. If we are concerned about attainment over the course of two assessments, we will contact home and talk to parents. Students will be given in-depth feedback from assessments. Main assessments will have sheets, which break down skills into manageable chunks. This break down of skills will also help us to target support if needed.
