2. Summary. The Scientific Revolution was the time when scientist started questioning the bibles ideas about the universe and other things in nature. For example, Isaac Newton found that we have gravity on Earth and all the planets are pulled towards the sun by gravity. Scientist were skeptical on publishing their ideas because at the time, everyone looked to the bible for answers and explanations.

3. Publishing Ideas Scientists during the “Scientific Revolution” were very scared about publishing their ideas to where the public could see them. Why? Because everyone looked to the bible and to the church to explain why everything is the way it is and if someone were to oppose the church, they could be severally punished. If someone were to publish their ideas about gravity, for example, people would think they were utterly insane for not believing what the bible said.

I’m not sure why I like it to be exact, it just sounds very inspiring.
