7 Prioritized Student Needs Plan of Action for Improvement Increase math test scores for black students -Ensuring that IEP’s are followed for all classes and tests -Double block English/Math -Required “extra help” hours offered by teacher -Weekend preparation sessions -Under performing students must be targeted and tracked throughout the year to ensure they are receiving the extra attention that is necessary Increase English test scores for black students Increase math test scores for students with disabilities - Double block English/Math -Ensuring that IEP’s are followed for all classes and tests -Double block English/Math -Required “extra help” hours offered by teacher -Weekend preparation sessions -Under performing students must be targeted and tracked throughout the year to ensure they are receiving the extra attention that is necessary Increase English test scores for students with disabilities Decrease dropout rate for ELL students- Double block ESL/English -Reaching out to ELL community to communicate opportunities in school
