10 GHSWT – THREE-YEAR COMPARISON TRENDS Percent of overall students exceeding decreases (-2.8%) Percentage of ALL students meeting standards decreased by 4.1% from SY 2011 to SY 2013; however, there was an increase of 2.5% for SY 2013. Percentage of ALL students exceeding standards increased by 2.4% from SY 2011 to SY 2012; there was a decrease of 2.9% for the SY 2013. Percentage of ALL students failing to meet standards increased by 2.1% from SY 2011 to SY 2013.
