2. Type in SRIPREL in the Go To… box. Hit Enter.

3. Electronic Application Process form 1. Enter test score type in Prospect Code field. 2. Click Execute Query.

4. Electronic Application Process form 2. Click Options and select Match. 1. Click in the person’s ID field who you are about to match.

5. Associate Person with ID form Click Save OR click Associate Person with an ID icon.

6. Common Matching Entry form 1. Set Matching Source to ADM_PERSON_MATCHING. 2. Click Next Block.

7. Common Matching Entry form 1. Click Duplicate Check icon.

8. If matches exist: 1. List of matches open. Compare data of the listed students to the data populated on the form. 2. Click on matching student’s ID field. 3. Click on Select ID icon.

9. If matches exist: Matched with ID field populated. 1. Click Save. 2. Exit form.

10. If matches do not exist: 1. Click Yes on note. 2. Click OK on note. 3. Matched with ID field will populate. 4. Click Save and exit form.
