3. Introduction/Background
Westwind Design, LLC is a graphic design and
conceptual production corporation located in
Charlotte, NC. As a startup company it needed
to establish a world-wide network of facilities
to expand their growing on-line footprint, and
To provide fast, efficient service for their retail
customers.
To this end, they contacted IT2GO, LLC to design
and create the network that would support their
1,800 employee headquarters, a remote operations center/warehousing facility in Ashville, NC with
200 employees, and a world-wide network of on-line design and production locations. The network
project would need to meet their current operational requirements, and be upgradeable to facilitate
future expansion. The network would support global web, , and file storage services, and provide
redundant secure backup for critical corporate operational files and intellectual property.
On February 7, 2014, IT2GO, LLC was awarded contract # to provide an operational computer
network to Westwind Design, LLC of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Objective
Build a network supporting global web, , and file storage services for redundant secure backup composed of facility LANs, and a WAN connecting corporate sites and their network of world-wide network of on-line design and production locations.
Stakeholders
The stakeholders are identified as the Corporate Officers, the Corporate Board of Directors, and the Employees of Westwind Design, LLC , their Global Corporate Partners, and the company’s current world-wide customer base.
Scope of Work
IT2GO, LLC is to provide the specified hardware, software, and installation services to secure Westwind Design, LLC a 100% operational LAN/WAN network. This includes, but is not limited to, all hardware, software, and technical services required in planning, constructing, programming, and testing the network.
The services required to deliver all hardware, software, and ISP services to the site locations is outside the scope of the contract, and are not the responsibility of IT2GO, LLC.
Westwind Design, LLC will provide payment of $2,000, to IT2GO, LLC to cover all materials and labor required to complete the terms of the contract in accordance with the agreed schedule of payment.
