The development of theoretical database for the creation of an intelligent learning system of ATC procedures Purpose Tasks Define the principle of an intelligent system creation; Analyze the Air Traffic Control procedures and education process; Develop an algorithm for the program modeling and create the program; Define the future enhancement and complication of developed program. 2

Intelligent System (IS) - it is a technical or a software system that can solve the problems traditionally considered creative, belonging to concrete subject domain, knowledge of which is stored in the memory of such a system. Intelligent system definition Main types: Main blocks: Intelligent information system; Database; Expert system; Applied software packages; Settlement and logic system; Hybrid intelligent system. Standard means of mathematical software; Intelligent interface. 3

For the creation of an intelligent learning system for ATC procedures such procedures were highlight:  ATC clearance;  Towing procedure;  Start up procedure;  Taxing procedure;  Holding procedure;  Preparation for departure;  Departure procedure;  On-route flight procedure;  Approach procedure;  Landing procedure;  Runway vacation procedure. 4

5. Procedures database creation After program opening user can see the window of working environment. On the right side of the window user can see the column where there is a teaching material for each procedure and adapted phraseology. 5

9. The result of the Master`s Thesis performance is the developed program the aim of which is to assist in ATCO educational process. Benefits of this program: multiplatform structure; possibility to fulfill of database learning materials, In future it may be extended with additional functions such as: assess function, which gives the opportunity to estimate the preparation level of student; mistake analysis function, that mean not only the assessment of student training level but the mistake analysis and giving the recommendations; searching function, that means the user possibility of fast searching of necessary information through the intelligent learning system database; globalization, that allow to create an intellectual learning system not only for procedures learning but for the ATCO preparation in general. 9 Conclusions
