2. Mission Statement The Center is dedicated to providing services that empower women and girls with disabilities to practice self-determination in achieving emotional and physical wellness. To meet this goal, the Center provides services free of charge centered on advocacy, support, education and combating the inherent isolation of women and teenage girls with disabilities.
