 How can we keep the crime rates down? If there are more policemen in the streets then there will be less crime that happens. The crime rates have gone down, what can we do to keep it like that?

 They think if they get the crime rates down then they can just leave the situation alone then they could just move on to the next thing.  At the ages of 18 to 34 men are being convicted of violent crimes.  City recorded 152 homicides in 1990 to 32.

 They need to know that if the people do not have jobs then they will turn to violence and then it will be back to where it is now.  “ There are credible messenger who went out and try to influence those in the gang violence in behavior.”  “The problem was, the size of the police force went down instead of up.” If there are no police officers, then the crime rate will increase dramatically in Chicago

 Ed Ryan with Juvenile Detention Center and Hillcrest.  He helps 250 to 500 youth that have been in trouble and needs guidance.  They have a connection with other programs that can help their program reach a better standard.  Mr. Ryan agrees that the crime rates are kind of everywhere.

 Mr. Chris Smitherman agrees that the police of the Cincinnati are not doing their job.  He feels as though some of them are afraid for their lives because of the rate of violence.  Considering that crime stoppers has been in the city of Cincinnati for 28 years, and that every news station uses the number after every shooting and robbery; a lot of people found that statement very hard to believe.

 I think they should have more programs for women and men and their children.  Helps kids on the streets by giving them one on one attention in the school program.  Giving them less hours to go to school and to help them find out twat they want to be in life and to help them target the things they need to get there.

 Teens have turned to violence because they are not making it anywhere without an education. They do not know what to do outside of the crime to get what they need to make it.  I will be giving them a home to stay in before and after school and my team and I will be giving them a education to be a more successful person in life.

 I am targeting youth of the world that have are having issues with getting back on their feet to make their lives better.

 I will be helping 20 clients.  The adults will need to be teachers, mentors or even someone who is willing to help those out with the subjects they feel they are struggling in.  The 20 clients in this program will be getting a education.  They will be getting all the help they need to be a better person.

 I feel like my program can improve the crime rates. I think that the crime rates are so high because of the youth.  If we get them off the streets then we will have low crime rates.
