My comparison of..... Black people’s freedom To The Maritime Colonies

What they fought for... the right to vote meaningful civil rights laws, a massive federal works program, full and fair employment, decent housing, the right to vote Fair and inclusive education. Treated respectfully

What they had undergone... Treated disrespectfully Weren’t treated equally Banned from school Jobs were unavaible Didn't get the right to vote Killed, beat up Were forced to be slaves

Comparison Special Powerful Rejected White people Black people (P.E.I,NS,NB) (NF,BC) Honoured Americans upper + lower Canada

I would say the black rights were similar to the Maritime colonies issue The special and powerful would be the white people because they were superior and in this case the PEI, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick were the invited The honoured people were the Americans because they used the black people has slaves in some places this is similar to the lower Canada cause the upper and lower Canada were welcomed to come The rejected people were black people because there voices wasn't heard and weren't respected like the Newfoundland and the British Columbia weren't allowed to come at all
