11 PWCSB June 4, 200310 GOAL 1: ALL STUDENTS MEET HIGH STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE Increase the percentage of students who meet or exceed achievement performance levels Reduce the achievement gap for students from all backgrounds Increase the percentage of graduates who plan to continue their education after high school Increase the percentage of students who attend school regularly and who graduate from high school in a timely manner Increase the percentage of students and stakeholders who have a high degree of satisfaction with the quality of instructional programs, services and opportunities

12 PWCSB June 4, 200311 GOAL 2: THE TEACHING, LEARNING AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT IS CARING, SAFE AND HEALTHY, AND VALUES DIVERSITY Promote a climate that supports equity, diversity and collaborative behaviors among students and stakeholders Increase safe, responsible and healthy student behavior Enhance the appearance, condition and capacity of physical plants, facilities and equipment Increase the percentage of students and stakeholders who have a high degree of satisfaction with the quality of the teaching, learning and working environment provided by the school system.
