6. Predator/Prey Relationships  One example of a predator/prey relationship in a Savanna is between a lion and a Zebra.

8. Endangered Species  The African elephant’s natural habitat is forested savanna. Poaching for ivory is the primary cause of its endangered status.

9. Effects of a human on my ecosystem (:  The human population varies as the savanna climate changes each year. The rough population spread is: ranging from two to over 100 people per square mile and roughly 45% live in urban centres, otherwise population figures are hard to come by when looking at the savanna.
