10 Purpose of Research, Testing, & Demonstration Grant Purpose of Research, Testing, & Demonstration Grant Competitive grant for businesses, local governments, non-profits, or others pursuing research, testing, and demonstration projects related to used oil collection technologies and uses for recycled or used oil.
