1. Click the CCDT link on the EDUCE 104 homepage Accessing the Collaborative Curriculum Design Tool

2. Logging into the CCDT Enter your username and password. Click Login.

3. Creating a New CCDT Design Click on create new design

4. Creating a new design: Step 1 Name your design. LastName: Project title. Teaching for understanding should be selected. Click Continue…

5. Creating a new design: Step 2 Place a check mark next to each of the available elements by clicking the box next to each one. Click continue…

6. Creating new design: Step 3 Choose your project view. We recommend circular to begin. You may switch between views as you work on your project. Click continue…

7. Adding Members to your Design Your design is complete! To add members, switch to the collaborate tab.

8. Adding Members, continued Click Manage Team Then click add team members

9. Adding Members, continued To add your team members, search for them by last name. Type the last name. Click search for members

10. Adding Members, continued Your search may return multiple results. Click the name of the person who is on your team. Then click the add button Repeat these steps until you have added all of your team members. Include all TA’s and Instructors on your team. Then click save when you are finished.

11. Adding your Introduction and Learning Goals Discussion Board post to the CCDT Please go to the Discussion Board and find your Introduction post. Copy your post. We are going to paste it into a blank page in the CCDT.

12. How to post the “Memos Assignment” in the CCDT Begin by going back to the design view by clicking on the Design tab.

13. Create a Blank Page Click add under Blank Pages

14. Paste your Discussion Board Text Name your item: Introduction and Learning Goals Memo. Paste the text that you copied from your Discussion Board post. Click save.

15. Team Members Please take a few moments this week to read your team members’ Introduction and Learning Goal Memos posted in the CCDT.
