4. Issues Why at ISSA? –ISSA specifically addresses the historically disadvantaged community (all learners are black, 50% are women) Why not in Gauteng where the bulk of the industry is? –The project originated at ISSA –Learnerships are national, ISSA is the vehicle

5. Issues Why the satellite component - who will employ these graduates? –Specific Outcome: To achieve at least an 80% satisfaction rating from the establishments in which learners are placed –Tri-partite agreement Why Networking (vendor-specific)?
