15 Advanced Placement: THE COURSE 1. College course taught in a high school classroom. 2. The class title and grade will appear on the high school transcript.

16 Advanced Placement: THE EXAM  Measures depth and breadth of knowledge  Emphasizes quality of thinking and creativity  Evaluated by college faculty

17 Advanced Placement: THE EXAM  Exam in May  Test score reported in June  Colleges will know your scores after you are 1) admitted and 2) submit your scores.
