8 Directive Technical Requirements Meters –Measure and indicate prescribed periods –Adaptable to foreseeable rates without removal of meter Reading –Must be capable of remote meter reading –Would like multiple meters Data storage –Must be compatible for billing and reporting Data provision –Must be capable of daily consumer feedback –Would like Real Time feedback and access to 3 rd party –Bi-direction communication unless reason not
