2. About the SD Museum of Art The museum was created to hold, collect, preserve the finest artworks that were created. There was an art exhibition in San Diego, and when the civic leaders saw how the public liked the art exhibit, they decided that San Diego needed an art gallery and collection for the public to see.

3. Quince, Cabbage, Melon, and Cucumber This painting was painted by Juan Sánchez Cotán, his artworks are mainly based on still life, maybe due to his monastic life.

4. Vicente Maria de Vera de Aragon, Duque de la Roca This painting was made by Francisco de Goya, he was a talented artist, with remarkable talents and able to paint things ranging from realistic or not.

5. About the museum The Museum has two floors The museum has different areas. From Asian artworks to Italian and French. The museum also has artworks from the past and historical paintings aswell.
