Paperwork: Every student who goes abroad on a semester exchange, affiliated, or non-affiliated program must complete paperwork for IC and upload to online OIP application file. –Release Form –Administrative Approval Form –Petitions for Assignment/Transfer of Credit Students going on non-affiliated programs must take a leave of absence. Paperwork must be uploaded by 12/11/15
