How Built-to-Suit Works 2 Legal Agreement Lease deal is signed with specific clauses for lock-in period, specifications & deposit Planning and execution -Construction as per specifications -Avg. time to deliver is 18 months from lease deal sign off 3 Maintenance -On an AMC basis -On demand 41 Land Acquisition Avishkar will scout for and acquire land on behalf of the customer
