Function: Assisting in turning eyeball downward and laterally

Function: Lateral rectus muscle turns eyeball laterally

Heart and great thoracic blood vessels Larynx, trachea, bronchi and lungs Liver, kidney, pancreas Sensory Function: Visceral organ pain (stomach pains for example)
