What do I want to do? I would like to work for the government, particularly in the United Nations or State Department.

Who did I interview? Dino Fortuna Worked for IFAD International Fund for Agricultural Development

What is IFAD? Since it was created in 1977, IFAD has focused exclusively on rural poverty reduction, working with poor rural populations in developing countries to eliminate poverty, hunger and malnutrition; raise their productivity and incomes; and improve the quality of their lives. The Fund has designed and implemented projects in very different natural, socio-economic and cultural environments.

What opportunities are there for this profession? Field work- hands on experience in different countries Study/research abroad- able to get jobs in different countries He has met people from all over the world from all walks of life working in for IFAD.

How did he get this job/ What national cultures did he work with? He studied Political Science in a small college in Italy. He worked in the United States, Italy, and several countries in Africa.
