2. State of art of the passenger terminal services The key issue regarding passenger terminal in port of Durres is the need to upgrade of the level of services that the Terminal is currently offered. This will response to the continued increased requirements of tourists and regular passengers. H IGHLIGHTS 1.The existing tourist services offered and how it is cope with the tourist/ passenger needs in order to increase service quality for passenger 2.Improvement of Passenger services (Touristic bus and camper parking ;) 3.The improvement of the existing infrastructure (new infrastructure for cruise berths construction of parking for bus, camper etc,) R ESULTS There is need for passenger transport services improvement LWG2 Passenger Terminal Services

5. LWG2 Infomobility State of art of Infomobility Key issue regarding this topic is the identification of local priorities and needs on Infomobility. H IGHLIGHTS 1.Lack of information for travelling through in the country with different modes of transport. 2.Lack of interactive information display for tourist and passenger 3.Lack of information on tourist opinion ( no studies carried out on what tourist want to see/know and what in reality they have seen? ) R ESULTS Urgent need to increase the tourists and passangers infomobility.

LWG2 Infomobility Identified needs Optimal solution to be implemented Development of measures that increase the information on mobility ( info desk in the terminals, developing new technologies-apps) Actual solution recommended/proposed  Improvement of information for passengers mobility and intermodal solution
