4. Any disadvantages to this style of roof?
Flat Roof
As I see it flat roof can be of little use and more problematic because its only useful for utilizing space of roof other wise it has lots of problems attached to it.I will discuss some disadvantages below. Waterproofing must and complex in flat roofs. It is must because water does not slide from flat roofs and it stays on the roof which weakens the material of the roof and most probably result in leakage of roof in rainy season. Drainage is not automatic in flat roof cause if the sides are totally closed of the roof and water will stay on top of the roof which can damage the roof and even the walls if the walls are nearly built.
