3. 3 2014 Performance Surveys The NOWG is proposing the following changes to streamline the NANPA, PA, and RNA surveys: Change the ratings scale and corresponding ratings definitions used in the surveys: –Met –Not Met –Not Applicable (N/A) Shorten the surveys by reducing the number of questions to one question per topic. Consolidate written comments to one area at the end of the survey. 09/17/2014

4. 2014 NANPA and PA Performance Evaluation Reports NOWG is proposing to reduce the number of Categories of Performance Ratings in the Performance Evaluation Reports to the following: –Met –Not Met The content of the Performance Evaluation Reports and details provided will remain the same. 09/17/20144

5. Request for NANC Concurrence The NOWG has received support from the NANPA and the PA regarding the proposed changes to the Performance Evaluation Report Ratings and Survey Modifications. The FCC was not opposed to the concept of the NOWG modifying the Performance Evaluation Report Ratings. The NOWG requests NANC concurrence to proceed with the proposed changes to the Surveys and the Performance Evaluation Report Ratings. 09/17/20145
