6 Advancing Government through Collaboration, Education and Action Partners Partners 2015 Applications released – due 12/19 Leadership selected – Chairs Sundar Vaidyanathan and Vaughn Noga (EPA) Make Partners an OPM Certified Development Program (CDP) – Targeting Partners 2016 –First meeting held with OPM –Initial Gap Analysis indicates we need to add 90-120 day detail, more emphasis on ECQ’s –Next steps: develop curriculum, Identify agency as baseline ( 6

Recruitment Committee in process of developing call plan and PD presentation Collaboration Committee underway Holiday Party to be held December 18 – both boards invited! Please attend! Planning for First Annual meeting to be held in Feb/March underway 7

8 Advancing Government through Collaboration, Education and Action Champions First class to run concurrent with next Voyagers class – Fall 2015 (Champions will serve as mentors to Voyagers) Base Curriculum developed; Two single day overnight offsites, one leadership day, four additional monthly meetings –Leadership Day will revolve around Speed of Trust (Franklin Covey) –Monthly meetings will reflect ACT-IAC Strategic Plan topics and solutions –Industry/Government Collaboration topic may be lead by ACT President and IAC Chair Targeting fees as $7500/$10,000 Class size – 12 (6 Government/6 Industry) – We will consider larger class if interest is there. First offsite location may be Salamander Resort in Middleburg 8
