Council resolved to seek Ministerial Authorisation in February 2008 to prepare and exhibit Amendment C63 to the Melton Planning Scheme The amendment involves changes to the Melton Municipal Strategic Statement, and the introduction of a UGB Once the UGB has been defined, a detailed Precinct Structure Plan would need to be prepared to guide future development Formal authorisation from the Minister for Planning sought in June 2008
