Diagnosis: Renal Biopsy: Diffuse proliferative SLE in a relative inactive phase.

U06-9986 Native L. Kidney Longstanding discoid SLE renal biopsy >5 years ago with Lupus Nephritis. Stable with N renal function after Cyclophosphamide. Recently increased HTN, increased proteinuria, increased creatinine. Antiphospholipid Syn.

Diagnosis: Renal Biopsy: Membranous Lupus nephritis with probable superimposed chronic infection with scarring and “ thyroid-like” areas in renal parenchyma. Age and hypertension related vascular disease.. EM is pending.
