2 Generic Mono Modifications -Chamber ports; *Reduce the number of flanges from 17 to 12 and view-ports from 9 to 3. -Level; *Lower mounting surface. -Linear stage; *Change 5TPI ball-screw to 50TPI standard screw in order to stop possible movement during power failure.

3 Generic Mono Modifications -Hard stop; *Add external hard stop to linear stages. -Bellows cover; *Add detent for firm attachment.

4 Generic Mono Modifications -Cam Adjuster; *Increase outside diameter. *Add spanner holes. *Change reference flat. *Supply spanner wrench. -Invar Bracket; *Increase gusset thickness. *Add cross brace.

5 Generic Mono Modifications -Optic Adjusters; *Reduce body height to remove potential binding. *Change spanner nut to standard nut. *Increase spring maximum load to 25 lbs. -Coolant tubes; *Reduce wall thickness for increased flexibility. -Bellows; *Reduce outside diameter for better flange screw clearance.

7 Generic Mono Modifications -Bellows, sine-arm; *Reduce outside diameter, increase length and moved toward flange to increase screw clearance and assembly access. -Bellows, pre-mirror; *Reduce outside diameter to increase screw clearance. -Coolant tubes; *Reduce wall thickness for increased flexibility. -Mask, pre-mirror; *Remove large radius. -Optic adjuster; *Counter-bore cradle for increased travel.

8 Generic Mono Modifications -Pre-mirror angular Travel; *Increase range by 2 degrees. -Range: 0-6 degrees. -Center: 3 degrees -Grating angular travel; *increase range by 1.0 degree and move center by 0.5 degrees. -Range: 0-10 degrees. -Center: 5 degrees ( Zero degrees was added for alignment purposes )
