Positively graded independent practical work is prerequisite for oral part of the final exam. Oral exam – envelopes a programme of subjects/classes in front of a 3 member committee Oral exam – envelopes a programme of subjects/classes in front of a 3 member committee Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of final exams. By receiving a certificate, all conditions for awarding the rank of POLICE OFFICER are hereby met.

21  Consults with the Agency’s staff.  Assigning a suitable instructor for trainees based on previous experience  Organizing weekly meetings to assess and document trainees progress.  Drafting a plan for trainees in cooperation with practical training instructors.  Following practical instructors work.  Reviewing daily reports filed by practical training instructors.  Overseeing and grading efficiency of practical training instructors.  Creating a plan for additional training in cooperation with practical training instructors.  Suggesting expulsion of trainees.  Securing the achievement of training goals.  Creating weekly mentor reports and practical training reports. * Role of practical training mentor is essential for the success of practical training. Without support and dedication of mentors this programme cannot be successfully implemented ROLE OF PRACTICAL TRAINING MENTOR
