3. LOCATIONS?  Mainly located in large cities such as:  Hong Kong (Declared worst as of March 2013)  Western Europe (France, Netherlands, and Germany)  United States (Las Vegas, New York, L.A.)  Eastern coast of Brazil  India

4. CAUSES?  Advertisement Boards  Street Lights and Car Lights  Public Places (Airports, Sports Arenas etc.)  Neon Lighting  Improper Street Lamp Shielding

EXTRA FACTS  The lighting from Los Angeles can be seen from a plane, 200 miles away.  Known to be one of the top growing pollutions in the world.  The U.S. projects around $4.5 billion worth of light that pollutes the sky every year.  The atmosphere is now more reflective rather than transparent.
