3. Monopoly is the 1# selling board game of all time! Monopoly was created in 1933 It is a board game based off of taxes and billing The game pieces are modeled into the shape of common household objects Today, Monopoly has been played by almost half a billion people worldwide!

Charles took the idea of Monopoly from another person, that game was called “The Landlord’s Game” Charles retired as a millionaire after creating Monopoly Charles ended up being partners with “Parkers Brothers” (a company) to make Monopoly a huge success Charles at first sold each board game for four dollars each! Charles game (Monopoly) was so good that stores in nearby Philadelphia were demanding for copies of Monopoly!
