2. Rights and Duties of Parents in the Education of Children (Section 8) 1. Right to organize themselves and/or with teachers for the purpose of providing a forum for the discussion of matters relating to the total school program, and for ensuring the full cooperation of parents and teachers in the formulation of efficient implementation of such programs.
