Information Technology 6 Meeting Maker Update  Service available until August 2008  Approved by Governance  Users will need to be migrated to the new EmoryExchange environment by this time  Server Problems Require DB Rebuild  Weekly server crashes  Lots of account creates/deletes over 2+ years  Lots of white space and orphan items within database

Information Technology Migration  Impacted developers will receive list of affected directories  WebComm team will copy content to secure directory/ies on May 21st for testing  Migration must be completed prior to go-live of new Web architecture  Protected content will not be migrated from Maple to new Web architecture  Users encouraged to delete protected content in old Web directory after testing  Authentication controls will be restricted to secure.web area in new Web architecture
