2 Background At SBS WG meeting held on 20 November 2014 several areas were identified where further development was necessary One of this areas were data requirements for One person enterprises (OPE) – introduction of an additional size class breakdown on enterprises 2

3 Current SBS requirements on size classes  Annual enterprise statistics by size class of employment 0-1, 2-9 for NACE Rev.2 Sections G to J, L to N and division S95 for variables: Number of enterprises, Turnover, Value added at factor cost, Number of persons employed 0-9 for NACE Rev. 2 Sections B to F for variables: Number of enterprises, Turnover, Production value, Value added at factor cost, Gross operating surplus, Total purchases of goods and service, Personnel costs, Wages and salaries, Social security costs, Number of persons employed, Number of employees, Number of hours worked by employees 3

5 Poland's proposal on One Person Enterprise in SBS During the 3 rd meeting of the Task Force on Small and Medium Enterprise Data (SMED) (4 March 2015) Poland presented its proposal on One Persons Enterprises (OPE)s 5

7 Poland's proposal on One Person Enterprise in SBS The TF SMED concluded to consult in a written form the SBS WG delegates to search for their approval of the Poland's proposal The written consultation started on 8 September Deadline for providing replies: by 25 September 2 Member States didn't reply 7

9 Conclusion The current FRIBS proposal stays in place No changes to the FRIBS package 9
