2. Course Teacher Shakira Provasoli (Castronovo) I have been teaching elementary education since 1999, both in Westchester and New York City. I received my Masters in Education from Sarah Lawrence College. This is my fourth year teaching environmental science at Manhattan School for Children. Through our Greenhouse Project initiative we use hydroponic farming technology to educate students and teachers about the science of sustainability.
