All standards and indicators still in use, but district focuses on seven "power elements for teachers, SISP, building level admin and superintendent. Developed jointly by administrators and WSEA. Approved by school committee. Team Goals: Step One

9 Team Goals: Step Two Define and train teams. Teams developed by administrators with oversight from WSEA. Educators trained by superintendent and WSEA co-president. Examined District Improvement Plan, School Improvement Plan goals and power elements.

13 Professional Development (Part 1) Developed resource compendium of articles, videos, and websites related to power elements. Completed text-rendering protocol of professional article during every leadership meeting.
