4 How much is a penny worth? $.01 (or one cent) What does a penny look like? What is the value of 3 pennies? =++ $.03

5 How can we remember how much a penny is worth?  Penny, penny,  Easily spent.  Copper brown  & worth one cent!

6 How much is a nickel worth?$.05 (or five cents) What does a nickel look like? What is the value of 4 nickels? =+++ $.20

7 How can we remember how much a nickel is worth?  Nickel, nickel,  Thick & fat.  You’re worth five cents,  I know that!

8 How many pennies will it take to equal one nickel? 5

9 How much is a dime worth?$.10 (or ten cents) What does a dime look like? What is the value of 2 dimes? = $.20 +

10 How many pennies will it take to equal one dime? 10 How many nickels will it take to equal one dime? 2

11 How can we remember how much a dime is worth?  Dime, dime,  Little and thin.  I remember,  You’re worth ten!

12 How much is a quarter worth?$.25 (or twenty five cents) What does a quarter look like? What is the value of 2 quarters? = $.50 +

13 How can we remember how much a quarter is worth?  Quarter, quarter,  Big and bold.  You’re worth twenty five,  That I’m told!

14 How many nickels will it take to equal one quarter? 5 How else can we make a quarter? 2 dimes & 1 nickel
