9 SEMINAR ON 21 AND 22 OCTOBER IN TAORMINA - SICILY Member Regions of the CPMR and AEBR Representatives from the 25 EU Member States, Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey, together with representatives from EU institutions (Parliament, Committee of the Regions, etc.) Representatives from other European regional and local government organisations. The Dutch Presidency of the EU will be invited to express its point of view, as will the Directors General of the three concerned Directorates-General of the European Commission, i.e. DG REGIO, DG RELEX and DG ENLARGEMENT.
