4 Carnivore - Tiger Carnivores have sharp incisors and canines, for their teeth this helps them to tear their prey’s flesh. A Carnivores mouth is designed for quick ripping rather than grinding. Tigers are born with no teeth however a mature Tigers jaw holds 30 teeth in a normal, healthy animal. These teeth are custom-built for gripping and tearing flesh. As in humans, the molars and premolars are designed for grinding and chewing. There is a significant absence of teeth between the molars and the canines, which allows for the animal to hold on tight to its prey, even if it is writhing to get away. You can tell the age of a tiger by looking at its teeth. A tigers back teeth are called carnassials, its incisors can grow up to 3.5 inches long.

5 Herbivore - Monkey Herbivores are animals that have broad, flat canines, that are shaped in the form of spades, and short, dull incisors. This allows them to properly grind the fibres found in plants, and crush seeds and grains consumed in their lifetime. The common chimpanzee have 32 teeth, Each quadrant of their mouth have: 2 incisors - 1 canine - 2 premolars - 3 molars All primates have essentially the same kinds of specialized teeth adapted to eating a wide variety of foods. Beginning at the front, each quadrant of the mouth has 2 incisors, 1 canine, and varying numbers of premolars and molars. The incisors are used like scissors for nipping off pieces of food. The pointed canines are for piercing and tearing. The premolars and molars, are used to grind and smash food.
