The National Center was establish in 1973. & the Adreesy was establish in 1987 So after the union NCEC become the best center in consultancy all Iraq. NCTC has many channels to share its experiences with scientific research & Universities also the institutes that deals with Engineering Projects. Also NCTC try to develop its staff by cooperation the other centers from out Side & inside Iraq.
