4. CHALLENGES Attraction and retention of appropriate skills particularly in Mine Health and Safety Inspectorate. Resolution 3 of 2009; eg. based on this resolution, there is no difference between an inspector and senior inspector positions in terms of salary levels, which makes it even more difficult to fill senior inspector positions.
