4 Types of Conditioning Generalization = 2 or more stimuli are similar, the response to them is all the same Discrimination = Opposite of generalization Extinction = Weakening or fading of the process Spontaneous Recovery = The sudden revival of the extinct response

5 Types of Conditioning Taste Aversion = Learned avoidance of a particular food Flooding = person if exposed to a large of the stimuli until the response is extinguished Counter Conditioning = Pleasant stimuli paired with an unpleasant stimuli
