Educating and training Montana’s healthcare workforce Grants-HealthCARE MT, Rural Allied Health Grant 36% increase in high schools offering health course and 80% increase in students with good tribal representation 15% increase in HOSA participation CNA credentials available for well-prepared high school students Continuation of pipeline projects-REACH, MedStart, etc. Health science teacher training; partnerships developed to help support teacher training, Comprehensive health care graduate data compiled Preceptor training RUOP, TRUST Healthcare clinical professional placement Nurse residency MT GME Council formalized Family residency program development
